    USB Hub for openbox s10

I bought a usb hub for the use of my portable external HDD and WIFI bridge together into the usb port on the back of the box, as there is only 1 port i connected them up then the usb hub starts to beep constantly, dont know if its just cheap rubbish as i got the hub from the ?1 shop. Has anyone else had this problem for any possible ideas how to stop the beeps?

You won't be able to run both devices from the openbox mate, best to buy a mains powered usb hub to power the wifi bridge, then connect hdd to openbox

or buy a pair of ethernet homeplugs, connect one to the openbox, one to the router and do away with wireless bridge all together. Leaving the USB open for a HDD

After reading your comment i remember i had a ac adapter in the cupboard so i have used this to power the usb wifi bridge and just plugged the HDD straight back into the usb port and all seems ok everything working.
