    openbox/skybox latest firmware release 15/8/11

    apologies if this has already been posted.


    Our company release new software for openbox/skybox s9/s10 hd pvr on 15th August 2011.Openbox and Skybox receiver boh can upgrade this software. Only the bootup picture is skybox , not openbox.In addition, if you buy the clone receiver, please don't upgrade our new software, otherwise, your receiver will be dead!
    Regarding this new software, its improvements are the followings:
    1.modified DiSEqC1.2 motor bugs.

    2.add 95E satellite IPM (NSS6) patch agian .

    3.modified CCCAM multi accounts connect servers bugs.

    4.modified some CA smartcards EMM Autoupdate.

    5.modified Thailand language EPG!

          i havn't checked which satellites are available in the files. no mention is made on the website if the files are for americas. asia or europe so i assume they are universal.

          the easiest way to make sure you donot lose satellites for the americas is to dump a transponder listing from your current firmware and then upgrade this onto the new firmware.

                          Just bought an S9 box today and was looking for the most up to date firmware.

                          Is there anyway of telling if it is clone before I download and install this firmware? I can't download it as I am only a new member to this website.

                                  Maybe someone knows which Media (Video) formats is supported by SkyBox S10 receiver ?
