Could be a faulty PSU or may just need reflashing.

Try the RS232 method of flashing your box.

wonder2010,joxblood,retorres,onlyzahid this is for you:The Basics

I will assume that you have satellite dish pointing to satellite you are interested in watching.
1.If you google the satellite broadcaster + country+satellite will point you towards the name of your satellite.(eg sly uk satellite will take you to lyngsat.com and shows services on Astra 28.2e)
2.On your stb go to satellite option and choose the name of your satellite and then do a blind scan and hopefully the scan will pick up all the channels you are interested (though not in a neat order), if all channels are there your dish is aligned correctly otherwise you will need to adjust your dish.
3.Put in a up to date channel list will make navigating the channels easier or create your own (either way you can google this), all the fta channels will be clear the others scrambled.
4.For the extra feature you will need to have your stb connected to internet and create a Cccam.cfg, the Cccam.cfg can be easily created using notepad on your pc, what you put in this file you must google. (If you want you can enter what ever you googled directly into stb via the remote).
5.When you have created the Cccam.cfg file and put into it what you have googled then save, when saving use the all file option otherwise you will end up with .txt file instead .cfg file.
6.You update your stb with this file either usb stick or lan/ftp tool.
7.Whatever you googled is in your stb make it active and reboot.

          Goodluck

ps Loop through is for connecting to another stb not t.v, never have the two stb on loop through on at the same time though.

pps I believe I am within the rules but please free to delete if I am not.
