hi openbox s10 freezing problem

i have open box s10 and it has this firmware c2hs2-11-06-30:02d9cm
the only problem is the box dosent respond to the remote some times i can still see the channels running but i wont be able to use the remote i have to restart the box from the power also i have test the buttons on the box they dont respond either any got any clue please.

Try and flash a newer firmware,see if that helps
