      Just ordered an amplifier off ebay as recommended - hope it helps!

        If after installing amplifier you still get some freezing you may need to adjust LNB to make it perfect. Mine is still working with no problems at all.

          Cheers ali252, I'm sure you're right..... My laptop cooling pad didn't make a huge difference to my loss of signal, still lose 99% of channels after about 3 hours
