    loading files

i have been trying to load clines via usb for ages now with no luck,
i have done it by remote, but what am i doing wrong?
is recognises usb stick, says reading cccam.cfg
    then says cant find cccam.cfg
i have tried changing it to cccam.ebs
can someone post me an example of the format,
    is it a text file?
    thanks

I'm not sure if the file names are case sensitive. I've seen the same filename as CCcam.cfg. Give that a go.

      i have tried CCcam.cfg, cccam.config,CCCam.cfg
      and combinations of CCcam abs
do they need to go inside a file ?

Open up a new text document from right clicking desktop
copy cline into text doc .then click file(top left corner) save as

i think the problem was when transfering the file to usb
it had txt hidden at the end of the name ?
it has now loaded and appears but doesnt work
so i must have a line missing or something?
what is the difference between c: lines & n: lines?

nlines are more stable plus you can enter your nline with your remote

i did enter them with remote and they worked ok
however it locked up every 1 minute regularly for 10 secs or so?
i presumed it was because you cant add all the details of the other cws lines i have,
                like debug, or keep alive??
or mabe the software is at fault although it is new(i think) c2hs2 11-07-14:065/cm

                  I had same problem

N lines don't work so well in openbox using cccam. I had the same problem. You'll need to convert the n line you have and put it into the newcamd.list file and the box will use mgcamd to connect to your server. you'll be better off. So converting an n line example:

                  N: test.zapto.org 18005 test 123abc 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14

                  converted is:

                  CWS = test.zapto.org 18005 test 123abc 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14

Amarjit you were correct i converted it to cws and it works. BUT i am back to square one as it still freezes every 1 minute for about 15 secs.
i thought it might be the way i entered it (via remote)
                    but obviously not??
providing you only need these two lines to make it work
                    i still have a problem!
