Remote Control constant send??

Ok Guys, I just received my openbox s9 today, have set it up and not long after I noticed that the red send light on the remote control was flashing constantly as if one of the buttons was being held down. I went through each button and with every press the light stopped but kept going when that particular button was let go. I pressed the button marked tv/radio and there was no difference which makes me think that it is this button that is causing the problem? Anyone have any thoughts?

I had one of those with my S9 box. It's was faulty. I got the supplier to send me out a replacement control.

They're about 7 quid on Ebay if you get no joy from your supplier... Or hack it open and fiddle with the dastardly remotes membrane...

One way to tell if it is actually sending out a remote signal is to aim it into the lens of your digital camera, the IR blink should show up on your cameras LCD as if it was a little torch light...

The little red sender light is blinking erratically but pointed my digi camera at it and it was sure blinking away. Currently waiting for a response from the supplier!
