s9 as server

hi i hear you can use the s9 as a server with your card in it, my question is - if you are using a c line from a server for viewing, as most will be , can you use and share that line as a server, i realise that the c line you have, has to be able to be reshared and not restricted from being shared, but is this possible thus resharing without a card in your box??
