S10 frustrating problem scramble problem, strange problem

Help needed, frustration problem.

I have problem to descramble 5 channels all other channels works fine to descramble.
I know these channels are right and should work but when choosing the channel it stops and says scrambled and when I look into the server the client doesn?t seem to request anything.
I have signal strength 90% and quality 75%. I have another box that work perfect.

Where can I start troubleshoot?

Solved the issue by updateing firmware

i too are having the same issue with a subscribed card. all coming up as $. Smartcard is identified as irdeto. firmware is the factory one from may. should i upgrade to september firmware. original box not a clone. cheers

How do you check the card?

Hi Guys,

Total Noob...been along time since i've said that :P

I have an openbox S10 not a clone, I have a Cline entered, and all the channels etc are coming up after scans but all scrambled.

When I check on under tools for card Information its blank.

The box is online and I thought maybe port forwarding on the router might be the issue but all this is setup too and firewalls have been configured. The firmware is from October 2011.

you have both a card inserted & a patsy..

if you have a card inserted have you married it up to the box?

if you have a patsy in there, check you have selected it (placed a tick on it) then reboot the box.
