Openbox S9 Restart Prob

i have open box s9 h-d box
prob is if server disconnect for 1 min and coneect again
then my box reboot
any salution of this prob
my open box is clone i-d is ( 0202 )
or this prob is firmware.

hen your on a channel that goes into reboot mode, rmove the sat cable feed from the box and delete the offending channel.
