Openbox S11 HD PVR

I purchased a brand new Openbox S10 HD, two weeks ago from fleabay. It worked ok for 2 days & packed up. The seller came round to see me with another new openbox S10 HD & that one also packed up. The seller also had a new Openbox S11 HD PVR in his car. I?m now using the Openbox S11 HD PVR USB SCART with Card slot but no cam slot, It?s a great little box so far, & I now need new codes/keys software & loaders To update it, any & all practical advice appreciated thank you. ive only put the 24/9/11 channel list on,.but it does look like it needs a firmware update as it dont see favorites 9,10,11,.(like the s10)
it looks like mine has 8/8/11 in the version code if thats were it is,.
TBH mate ive got i working and only had a little play with it,as i need another cable from me dish for it,.im using the powered 1 from sly box,.

ive checked the chip id and its original 1015,
i was waiting to see if a proper s11 firmware was released,but atm it looks like the s11 is just an s10 with a scart,..
you should dump ya firmware to usb before you do any new update,..

on your remote when you press pg up or down what does it do,.?,.mine changes the favorites i have to use the up & down in the center.which cant de right,.
also i cant search up & down on the EPG without it changing to that channel.
im gonna try the full sky channel list instead of favoites,.

if ya do change ya firmware post back,as im not really using mine till it gets its own cable..

just installed firmware 11.10.10 on s11 box from the post on here(cheers for that)

the verb usb powered hdd keeps locking up with mkv and says sound is not supported,im just using hdmi..
it also sad "video interleave to big.!"
the hdd dont lock up on the cyclone 2+

looking @ a wd live soon for files..

I am totally new to this stuff and would much appreciate an idiots guide step by step guide on how/what to do with a skybox s11 to enable it to card share . It would be much appreciated if some one could post a link or pm with channel list firmware etc .
