openbox s10 firmware 11/10/11

Ok guys i have a conundrum, i have a openbox s10 and have just updated to this firmware. Now i want my menu's to look like this:

They currently look like this:

How do i change it?

Help with installation :/

Hi, im new to the whole cardsharing and have been trying to get my head around the whole ccam anc cline softwares, i have an openbox s10 hd with the older firmware im assuming since alot of videos i have seen have a differnt menu system. After downloading the update file above what is my next step. Thank you in advance
