i have an openbox s10hd box and use a payed for upc card for slovakian tv every month i lose all channels and have to put my card in a friends genuine slovakian box and phone upc to re-activate the card .why is this happening and how. do i solve this problem,any help would be gratfull as im a newbee to sat systems thanks.

like the uk cards i suppose they have to be registered to a genuine box.. you will find the answers if you look about on the forum, but i will try to explain abit, the card gets registered to a original box and receives updates every month or so, so once a month you have to put the card into the original box it is paired with for 24hrs so it updates... other things i have read and tried are to find your original box serial change it to a hex number, then input this number into your s10 and it 'supposedly' updates automatically as they think it is original box... hope you understand that, like i say tho, read on forums and you will find instructions on how to sort itIf it isn't broke, don't try fixin it..!!!
