need help fast please Stuck ON

hay guys got box 1 working box 2 takes the update comes to life as soon as you power of it gows back to stuck on i cant work out why its doing it all so it dont show any mac code or anthing when its on the screen when you go to info im a little lost as what to do now
so any help with this thanks guys

Jst loaded new image and get this come up

Then turn it of and back to stuck on screen

Guys I have loaded new software on to the box all ok ccid 1015 so not a clone box but still same problem turn the box of and it just gows back to on. Is there a battery or jumper in the box ? any help thanks

I have at lest 5 and get the same thing.

1 Load Image
2 burn
3 comes on screen on box and tv all working A ok
4 turn box of
5 turn back on and go back to stuck on

1 load image
2 burn
3 comes on screen and on tv all working
4 back up to usb
5 update new image from usb
6 reboot comes on fine
7 turn of
8 turn back on and go back to stuck on
