Openbox S9 Remote control OK but not working

yes guys, the remote control V3 is OK, I tried with another Openbox S9 and it worked OK, so it is not the RC but the box. Any clue what can be done?

is there any electronic drawings of the Openbox S9 to donwload?

try this on ya remote, may have to try it a few times:
press menu > infomation >ok , press button "Red, Green, Yellow, Blue, 8"
Then press the Power button on the remote control

and if the above dont work the ir senser needs replacing had this problem with a few boxes

hi darcus, tried the procedure many times, it diidnt work

Smitthie, I replaced the box IR but did not help.

there was a time that suddenly worked for a couple of days then was dead again.

not sure about s9 but a do no s10 bad caps in power supply cause this problem on clones anyway

I have an issue with control remote some keys doesn't work I opened s9 to see if there is any damage condensator but all is ok now after a while all keys are working but then again issue appears
what can I do?

Hi guys,

I?ve got this same problem with my S10 HD, all of a sudden the remote stopped working, I have tried the sequence above and nothing happened. Remote still don?t working, any ideas? Does it have to do with firmware? Will it work a factory reset?
