S11 choppy video

I've just bought a Skybox S11

I'm getting around 75% signal quality and have previously used the same connection to power sky+hd


But the video keeps freezing for a couple of seconds every now and then, it does it more on the HD channels, but even on the SD channels the video gets choppy.

Should i try and upgrade the box to the latest firmware or is there anything else that could be up with it?

Is this problem only on the $ channels, or does it do the same on FTA channels too?

That'll be glitching on $ channels, ummm, Card Sharing talk aint allowed on these forums.. But, errrr, make sure your network connections good, if thats fine, then its down to your CS provider being not so good, you'll have to talk to them...
