cccam need some information

hello everyone,

just had this openbox s10 install about a week ago with cccam and it's stop working.... i've gone onto setting and now it just says login next to the username and port number does anyone know what this means? i cant get any channel ba fta..... check on other site and nothing much about this

if you have bb with vm maybe your system is not connected to internet?might just need powering off of box modem and router to get logged back in.
