    Question re channel lists

    Hi Guys
I have just purchased a Skyboz S11 receiver which is attached to a motorised satellite dish.
I see there is a motorised satellite channel list which is great but I cant download it at the moment to check it out for layout etc.
I also see there are channel list in the same order as sky for channels on astra.
What I would like to know is if I install the motorised channel list but then want to install the sky channel list can I do so with out deleting the motorised channel list installed and if so how would I do it.
I hope this question makes sense
    Cheers Jim

Download SetEdit and export the channels from my channel list for example into the multi sat one. Then upload and all should be there.

    Bit fiddly but should work.

Nahh, whenever you upload a channel list it completely overwrites the exhisting one, replacing what was already there... Best thing to do is spend time arranging the Sky order on the Multisat list.. Or better still, considering the multisat list might be old and have channels missing, spend a lot of time making your own multisat list.. There are PC based channel list editors out there that can help speed up the process..

I have downloaded setedit as you suggested.
Also dumped the image from my receiver in to a .abs file.
I cant figure out though how to get the channels from your channel list into my channel list in satedit.
I cannot open your file as it is a .dbs file
Unless I am doing this completely wrong.
        Any advice welcomed

Change the file name to abs mate. Right click on favourite section ie Favourites 1 and then click export. Save the .fav file. Then open your multi sat list and then go to say Favourites 9 and right click, then import. Select the .fav file and that's it.

I've done it with 28.2 channel lists mate, haven't done with multi sat lists as I don't have a motorised setup but I'd say it's the same carry on.

I tried changing it from dbs to abs but setedit wouldn't open the file.
