I had an S9 that refused to pickup the higher frequency vertical polarised channels. I only noticed it because I wasnt getting sly news. As luck would have it, I had ordered three S9 units and only that one unit wouldnt pick up sly news proving that it must be faulty. I sent it back to the supplier for a replacement. The replacement worked just fine.

Put it back to factory default, clear all settings and reboot. When its back up again, make sure that your LNB frequency is set to LNB 10750MHz and then do a blind scan again.

Do you have access to another satellite feed that you can test with? I've heard that these units can be a bit fussy with some LNB's.

i know theres been a bit of talk with these not picking up the higher transponders and it is faulty tuners but if u cant send it back then just put in a inline slope amplifier about 4 quid from fleabay does the job well
