S9 HD problems

Hi all

New to all this, so please excuse my ignorance if solution is obvious.

I have an openbox s9 and think it's fantastic with a couple of niggles.

First is the awful channel list - which I can cope with.

Secondly, I only seem to receive a very limited number of Sky HD channels on 28 - BBC / ITV / one of the Sky Sports.

On Hotbird I seem to get far more.

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong please?

maybe your dish needs a fine tune or make sure your lnb is set at universal and you mentioned your channel list make sure its up to date as theres plenty of good ones on here

As a part 2 to this, I uninstalled all my channels and tried to load a channel list from on here.

It failed and left me without any channels.

So I did a individual sat. search blind search and that has found the missing HD channels although lots aren't where they should be ie Sports4HD is Sports2HD etc and they don't have any prog. info.

So even more confused now!
