s9 f/w mismatch

tried to upgrade f/w on s9 but get a mismatch,any idea what im doing wrong

Download f/w and unzip it, stick it on a usb dongle, reset your s9 to factory settings and delete channels list.. so it's back to basics, reboot it an stick your usb in, then go to menu and update by usb, once thats took you will need to stick tv progs back on, soo either back your own up before updating, do a blind scan and sort out to favs, or download one off this site., there are some good ones that folk share on here
