arabic channels

hey all, i am new to this so apologies if this is in the wrong place.

i basically have an openbox s9, which is connected through a ccam server. its all working fine but i was wondering if there is a way to add arabic channels to this? they are all free to air anyway.

im not sure of my setup, all i know is there is a standard sky dish connected to the openbox. i will try my best to answer any questions to help.

Arabic Channels

Hi, do a single satellite scan by going into the menu, Installation and Single Satellite Scan, and click yes on FTA ( free to air ) tv or tv+radio, scan mode, Blind then click on search. hope this helps.

I thjink that may be a little incorrect.

I sounds like the op is getting UK channels and and want to get Arrabic channels.

I'm no expert on Arrabic channels but you will need to point your dish to the correct satellite (carrying the Arrabic channells) and scan.

there is one fta Arabic channel on sky (abu dhabi).

i have multiple sattelites listed such as hotbird and arab sat etc, but when i select them and search, only the regular channels come but not the arab ones. Maybe DW190 is right. I may need to adjust the dish outside.
