OPENBOX S10 WITH RED LIGHT ON

hello everyone
i have problem with s10 as soon as switch on just red light i tried using fix tool and when it trys to load after switching on box it says set stb memory error
can someone explain to me this problem or is this box dead

Hi there had the exact same problem with my s9 at the weekend , I must have tried it 50 times always getting the memory error , I found that if you run the fix tool and as soon as you click next switch your box on it took about 4-5 mins with nothing happening before it started to work , the display showing the word on , a bit of a nightmare to sort it out . Please read my posts from last week hope this helps you as it did me I was ready for thowing it out and actually have bought a s10 just waiting for it to arrive but my s9 is working fine as long as you don't switch it off
