audio sync

just bought a open box and i have sync issues with the audio
its only Millisecond's but its driving me nuts
now should i change the firmware or send it back to the seller

l had a problem months back and it was only itv but used itv Granada and was ok

sounds like it has old firmware loaded.
That was a problem back in early summer.
Check the info screen in the menu for file date.
