    channel list help

hi all im new to all this so please bear with me

im trying to add a channel list as i cannot work out how to do it myself

so ive downloaded a zip files like
    tp-prog
    sky epg uk

ive extracted the file (using win rar the file then look like a plain peice of paper top right corner turned with the same name)

then copied the file to usb
    menu
    tools
    upgrade by usb
upgrade mode - select misc (no *abs file)
select & upgrade 1 tp_prog.dbs (sat, tp, prog)
    put tick next to it
    yellow button

upgrade finished press info key for results

    1 tp-prog.dbs ......... ok
    exit
    exit
    restart box
press favourites - no fav channels

    am i missing something

    try mine mate,
    1 normal
    2 movies
    3 sports
    5 drama
    6 kids
    7 documentary
    8 music
    9 news

you may have to go into antenna setup and turn motor off as its set on usals,
before installing, go to menu-edit channels- delete all, then reboot, install mine, reboot and should be there
    Attached Files
If it isn't broke, don't try fixin it..!!!

2: no info on google abt the pace sv5 rang asda they have no idea what i was talking about,
3: Your total contribution to this forum, bordering on trolling, seems to have been a collection of snipes, one liners & asterisked expletives

yes it would of been the problem mate, glad you sorted it out, you can look for a better list now; just remember to delete old channels then reboot before installing a new one and it should work fine

Load channel list, and make sure dish is aligned correctly.
