Hi Guys

I have bought 2 S11's from the same Ebayer just recently. The price was right and it seemed to me that the latest firmware and the headline of 'not a clone' was worth a punt.

I returned the first one after it kept on re-booting. I must be honest I think if I had removed the feed the reboot situation would have gone as I experienced the same thing on the 2nd box. However I could not get all the channels at all on the new box.

I thought it was a weak or faulty tuner. The seller said that it was the LNB and that it should be replaced. I said but my S9 is ok with the lnb. He said trust me, it's the lnb. He offered to arrange for someone to come down and replace it for ?5. He then changed his mind and said he would do it for ?0

I have just had lnb replaced and all is ok, and I have received credit for returned box.

All in all a good reseller

Do you happen to know what make the replacement LNB is, as I am having the same problem and have already sheeled out for a new LNB but this did not fix the problem

Are you using sky dish or fixed/motorised dish.
Best lnb by far is the inverto black ultra.

I think thats because they are out of stock. Seems a familiar way of doing it now on ebay.

thats the guy I got one from for my m8 for ?66.99 and when I had a problem and asked about returning I got a quick reply "Thanks for your getting back.. If any problems let me know and got 12 months warranty. You can return, replace or refund anytimes..pls keep invoice. Kind regards"
I also asked about the price increase too and got reply " You will notice the price of the item you purchased is priced almost 3 times higher now, this is to ensure no one buys the item while it?s low stock. Once the stock comes back in we will reduce it to its normal price again. took it back yesterday and got it swapped no problem
however he did say that there were boxes and boxes of s11s in his house
so i cant see him having sold em all in the last 24hrs

So you mean clone are fitted 3 pin moulded?? You can order from factory 3 pin UK moulded plug if your order more than 500+ units. Giving warranty.. Genuine chip ID.. Work well.. firmware upgrade able..

I bought openbox s10 with moulded 3 pin plug and it is a genuine box with ID 1015. I have loaded different firmwares on it with no problems.
