    Help! Channels suddenly all scrambled

Hi guys, ive had an s11 for a few days, but tonight i was reading about editing channel lists and favourites in a program called PVR800 - I moved a few channels around then uploaded it as per the instructions to my box - since then all the non-free to air channels are scrambled - my preset favourites which came set = e.g MOVIES SPORT now just say 'favourite 1 favourite 2' etc - I've rescanned and whilst I can see all the channels loading back up, when the scan is finished, its still scrambled

can someone tell me what ive done wrong and how i can fix it!

    thanks

Ok, the Favourites titles you normally have to rename manually after uploading a new channel list, as I dont think the favourites titles ever stick..

Did you do a factory settings restore before uploading the channels list? How big was the channel list you uploaded, about 1mb or about 4mb ?

lozkin, you need to check your cccam.cfg configuration, google for more info, cant really chat here about it.. Did your box com supplied preconfigured for you, chances are you may need to contact supplier to get the cccam.cfg file to put back onto your box..

suhail, if your box came supplied pre-configured for unscrambling the channels of which you speak, then when you upgraded software you have wiped out the stored settings for this configuration.. You will need to re-enter the cccam.cfg settings..

People should always do a system backup before meddling with the software & settings, so you can then easilly undo any mistakes.
