Reading the postings mines the same 10aa chip , leaving completly powered off at plug and all connections removed for over 12hrs and cold when powering back up sometimes can work for about 2 weeks then same again, should have returned after xmas, to ebay seller.

Got two s11's and they are fine as long as they are not switched off for periods of less than 10 mins. If you flick the switch off and then turn on in say 10 seconds they enter the cons........

I must be doing something wrong?

Thanks for reading this and I hope someone can help.

i set one of these boxes up a couple of weeks ago for my mate
    with 10aa chip
he had the constant reboot problem after suffering a power cut,
he contacted the seller on ebay over the weekend, the lad said there was a problem with this chipset, and to return the box for a new one. he had new stock arrriving today
my mate went in person today, and at this moment i am setting the new s11 up. chip id on this one 085b and shows up in the genuine list of chips
so if you have the reboot problem with chip 10aa or any other i reccomend trying to get it changed
oh the faulty one had a fitted 3 pin plug, the new one as the 2 pin plug like the s9s do

OK new box rebooting does not appear to be an issue, chipset 1466 but still not getting some hd channels getting the no signal routine same LNB on my Protek signal is banging in so something defo a miss with these boxes, as LNB has been changed to newer mk4

my S11 also going back to supplier. Initially it was rebooting (after working ok for afew days), then saturday it just died, with no power at all, replaced the 13amp fuse, but made no difference. My supplier admitted there was a fault with this model and he was getting loads of calls. He is expecting a new batch this week, so just hope i have a better luck with 1 of those
