bbc 3 and bbc 4 missing

Hey guys, just done a scan and bbc 3 and bbc 4 are missing why?

check for them wrote as bbc three an bbc four, they there somewere
bbc four on 10803/h/22000
bbc three on 10773/h/22000

I also cant tune them in on their own but as they start at 7:00pm they clear on CBBC and CBEEBIES so you can find them there.
