open box s10 takes time clearing channels

hi i have just bought a openbox s10 i have managed to get it working all the FTA channels come on almost emidiatly but all other channels can take up to 30sec to clear up intialy it says scrambled channel can anyone please help i have not changed the firmware it is the original firmware that is on box.

ive chaanged the phono leads to hdmi cable and its working fine apart from a lot of the channels are missing i have rescanned it several times
