Hi all can anybody tell me why the menu on my s9 doesn't work , when i press menu the screen goes blank and i have to turn the box off at the back ???

take out your satilite cable then have another go with your menu ,,

Cant buddy as i cant get to my menu options , i wonder if there is any firmware that i can put on a usb stick put it in the back and when i turn it on it will boot to a factory setting ???

OK All fixed now i took my box round to my friends house and tried it on his computer with the RS232 cable and it worked so it most be my crap computer and thanks for your help who posted on here
