what is the diff between the diff Scans ?? Blind, Accurate etc ??

On other old brands of receivers you could adjust the blindscan to scan in 2mhz increments instead of the usual 8mhz steps.On the openbox it is probably similar without the manual adjustment to the scanning increments.If you notice accurate takes longer.
They say it is also better for transponders with a low symbol rate,like <3000

If i delete everything and do a scan all the channels tune in but dont show in the favourites then if i install a favourites list it shows the channels in the list but no signal ?? can't get both to work together for some reason.

I don't do favorites but I assume you have to manually put them there,matching your sat info.Somebody elses favorites wouldn't match your setup.

i did my own favs list using the remote control, it takes takes a good hour or 3 to do but everything is where i wanted it.
