With a motorised dish easy and better to use USALS instead of Diseq settings.

I popped a Darkmotor (new) on s11 and everytime I moved the dish it made the box reboot, not sure whats at fault, I'll have to rig my satellite pci card up and try the motor on that...

Thats a wierd one, i have s9 and s10 working fine on motor dish, both set to usals tho; less hassle

Possibly not, got another S11 as the 1st one died after a simple power off/on (no motor attatched), anyhow been up ladder again today (so mild!) motor rigged back up....
Sort of working!... getting the odd reboot when moving dish, either by buttons on motor or when I set the limits, THOUGH!!! I was holding the button on to adjust the limits, thinking you had to to drive the motor, you don't... quick press sends it off with another press to stop....

Only trouble now is that the only sat listed is 28.2, guess it's on it's orginal firmware??

Is there owt out there on the morised setup that isn't scramble/worth watching... bit of cheeky stuff if owt?

I got new Openbox S11 and I had old motor dish. There is definitely a problem with the box - not sure if it's my setup or it's the firmware; I haven't setup limits yet only two satellites; The box reboots every time I select channel from the other satellite...
Has anyone found a solution, I think it might be the setup I have to play with it and might find the problem.
I have another box which I still use and I use it to control the dish, so I don't have to go out, but I need to sort this out.

If anyone else has the same problem and has any bright ideas please let me know.

Yup, sounds like a weakness on some boxes, had 2 do it, not all the time, but does it it does... geez.. I sound like Yoda!
