openbox s9 no signal on all t/p

have bought an openbox s9 but for some reason this will not pick up any channels maybe a duff tuner signal level 45% intensity level 10% have read could be to do with needs its own lnb have tried this on another dish still no signal also have main dish with openbox s10 and dm500 s working fine but the s9 will not pick up anything any ideas anyone

make sure the lnb/switch settings are correct,then do a blindscan.

hi slugworth already tried that m8 all setting correct still no channels do you think maybe a faulty tuner

Not sure if this is your problem but yesterday I reconnected my s10 after being off for a while and I screwed the cable onto the wrong connecter which kept showing me no signal and had me stumped.

Rescanned, reuploaded channel list but still same and then on closer inspection realised my mistake.

The connector screws onto the inner connector so just check if youve done same as me.

Yeah it is connected properly think the tuner is dead
