    Openbox s10 No Signal issue

    Hello Peeps

I have a openbox s10 and i am getting No Signal on certain channels like kiss, mtv base, mtv dance, mtv hits, mtv and eurosport uk

The snr shows as 5%, I live in a council flat with a communal dish shared between everyone in the building

The other sports and movie channels are fine and give me an snr of 74%

    Any solution to this issue?

    Thanks in advance

believe it or not more than likely.
i've just bought an s11 and connected to my dish with quad lnb, result certain channels coming up no signal, took the inline amp off my dm800 connected to s11 and all channels clear.
Second test connected s11 to my motorised dish which obviously only has one lnb and all channels cleared without inline amp.So it would seem these openboxes dont like sharing lnb's feeds with other recievers.
take termiantors advice and you should be up and running.

Ive got the same problem with my S10.
Ive had nothing but trouble and im on my second box.
Ive even tried another tuner, but its still no better.
Ive lost all the MTV channels etc.

Im saving for a Dreambox 800se.

I've tried a sloping amp, it's makes the signal worse.

have you checked the transponders are correct, as i had to input a few manually.. check them on kingsofsat.net then press info on your box and see if the are identical. if they are not the same then you will have to manually add and scan the correct transponder.
If it isn't broke, don't try fixin it..!!!
