    NoCH means No Channels..
Doing the Factory Reset you've erased all stored settings including your channels... You'll have to scan the satellite for channels...

The TV output signal type has defaulted when you did factory reset, your TV probably doesnt accept the default output signal type.. Press the Vformat button on the remote, see what happens, or try a different connection method to your TV, then set accordingly when you can see the menu..

press it slowly a few times, stop when a display appears.. If this dont work then you're going to have to use the scart/composite video output to the TV to then set the HD output resolution your TV supports.. Or try it on a different TV, its outputting a signal that your TV dont support at the moment..

How are you connecting to the TV, HDMI or scart? Is it a TV you're connecting to or a flat panel monitor?

I've only seen that when I loaded antique s9 firmware on my s10.
I had to reload s10 firmware via rs232 loader.
