anyone knows how to setup a satellite signal for my area i live in south florida

Usually you have to build a satellite and have it launched into space on a rocket. You might be able to use somebody elses rocket if you only want to setup a satellite signal. With your satellite launched you would then need to relay your broadcast to the satellite from a ground station for that signal you want setup to then be beamed back down to earth.. You say south florida, therefore your satellite would need to be in a geo stationary orbit with its beam directed at south florida.. I think its all going to be rather expensive though.. Good luck..
