Hi, I have an Openbox S10 HD that is set up and working perfectly with the exception of one irratating problem that I would appreciate some help with.

I cannot get my Sky viewing card to work with it and all of my premium channels remain scrambled.

I have looked through various threads on all sites and I am certain I have the card in the right way up, the correct Boxid key entered etc.

The only thing I have seen that it may be is the firmware, on one site someone said they had to revert their box to May 2011 firmware?? If this is correct could someone tell me where I can get a copy as all the firmwares I can find appear to more recent. (I brought the S10 earlier in December)

In the CA set up pages I have the following information if it helps:
    CA System - Videoguard
    CAID - 0963
    Serial - 0311DC2A
    Issuer - Videoguard Unknown
    Provider ID - 0000000

The CA Slot Clock is at 6.12Mhz, EMM Allow is enabled and I have double checked the Boxkey ID.

Oh and def I have the card the right way up!

Any ideas would be appreciated, Thanks!

HI thanks for the prompt response!

It would appear that this has fixed my problem as I have just tried it but for some reason not all premium channels are being unscrambled i.e. i get some movie channels but not others that are part of my subscription.

Is this something that will take a bit of time?

Or do I need to go to every Sky Movie Thriller channel (for example)in the listings to see if any of them work as currently I am just trying the channel in my list.

Thanks again for your help I think im nearly there!!

      Cheers
