Right click on the TP_PROG.dbs and change the d to a and save.

Do the same when changing back from a to d

      Hi

Simply right click it and rename it. I would actually make a copy of original and then rename it.

      Regards

Edit: vorlon beat me to it and spot on.

To change the extension of a file, make sure you have view file extensions enabled, by simply doing the following:

1 .. Open a folder [any folder will do]

2 .. Click the Organize tab button.

3 .. Click the Folder & Search Options.

4 .. Click the View tab button.

5 .. Now make sure the [Hide Extensions for known file types] box is blank, ie, no tick displayed.

6 .. Click apply and then close the folder.

7 .. That's it, you should now be able to change a files extension by right clicking on the file and selecting the Rename option.

          Also if still having issues
          1. Open a folder or open explorer
          2. Click the Layout button (to the left of the Views button
          3. Click Folder Options
          4. Click the View tab
          5. Uncheck Hide extensions for known file types
          6. Click OK

After this, the file extensions should be visible and no longer hidden.

            no need

there should be no need to rename.

This method doesn't appear to be working on my Amiko box. I renamed the file successfully but the channel list update failed. Does something need to be tweaked within the file to make it compatible with non-openbox/skybox boxes?
