s11 blind scan

Hi all,anyone have any trouble with the vertical TP's when blind scanning on the s11. I'm only showing 41% sig strength on most of them. i have even tried an in line booster but still no improvement. Don't think it is the LNB as i have 3 other boxes running from it...including the s9 with amp...all work perfectly.

any advice please??

yes mate. changed them all. one at atime still only getting 41% sig stregth and 10% quality. I have sent the box back for a refund now and going to source another type of box i think...maybe not HD as it's only for the kids B/room. maybe
BM500s.

ok so the s11 went back for a refund....now i'm stuck as to whether to try another s11 or skybox s12 due to the tuner issues i posted above.

I am using an octo LNB with another 3 boxes running from it.

can anyone confirm that either of these boxes will be OK from my LNB and not give me the issues of no signal strength on most of the verticle TP's?

appears to be a common problem with the s11,doesn't seem to like sharing an LNB(although others will disagree)when sharing with other recievers i had same prob,added an inline amp and picked up all missing TP's,but seeing as you've already tried this i'd probably veer away from another one,maybe take a look on fleabay there's quite a few spiderbox HD(with expired gift)floating about at the mo and they'll do exactly what the s11 will do but better imo or as you say a DM500(almost flawless)

i tried an in line amp with the S11 before i sent it back. still didn't work. but like i say i have 3 other boxes off the same LNB.
Vu+,technomate and an s9 with amp.

would go back to an s9 if it weren't for the audio sync going every now and then.
