just got my openbox s11

hi all i just got openbox s11 yeterday from a ebay for 60 odd quid i belive a lot have got it from him i think hes asain from stockport has any one got any ideas where do i start with it
like how to open scrambled channels?
am trying to get the hang of this since cable boxes gone off
