openbox s9 software

i currently have two openboxs one which works fine and the other doesnt, when am watching a channel now and again it will freeze then start working
ive been told that the firmware / other software affect the viewing
so i dump all the files from my working box to usb this included firmware softkey etc
but other box still kept on freezing
on the box that keeps freezing on channels ive but the same frimware on as my working plus the same csline
any ideas what i can do or get to sort this out thanks

If youve already put working s/w f/w and still have the same problem, why not swap box positions, i.e working box goes to room of non working box, this will tell you if its a physical problem e.g bad connection, bad tuner, all things been equal, the simplist solution is usually the right one!

i have the exact same problem with my S9
