channel help?

Anyone know how to find bbc4 as its not working on openbox s10.

Also when a new channel comes out such as the new sly F1 channel does it automatically add itself to eurobird satellite or do i have to rescan for it or just add it by adding its transponder??

Also another question does anyone know why sometimes some openbox s10 lose the hd channels but there normal non-hd channels still work just a black screen on the hd channels??

1) Need to scan around 7pm as does not transmit before then.
2) Need to scan yourself.
3) CS issue?

Thanks for reply. On 2 do you mean do a blind scan or add via its transpondor.
And the hd channel is not a server issue i think openbox s10 are known for it but just after the possible cause + fix.

When the f1 channel comes out just check the transponder on kingsofsat.net look for it on ya box transponders and if its listed scan just that one, if it isnt there you can click add transponder and then scan it..

on the hd thing, check your signal, the hd channels drop out if signal drops below 50.. if its close to that then the easiest and cheapest thing to do is buy an inline SLOPING signal amp.. 4 - 5 pounds on ebay.
