trouble with channel 5

just turned over to channels 5 ( yes some of us do watch it ) and all im getting is a blank screen,tryed doing another blind scan,finds channel 5 but its just a black screen .help !!

installation
transponder list
look for 10964 h 22000 press select

box will come up asking stuff
fta only - no
scan channel - tv channel
network - no
select ok and it will scan and save them,
find one that works and go to
edit channel
tv list
press fav and select it to save into whichever fav ya want..
then yelow to move it up and down ya list, and just delete the old one
