go to network setup and make sure DHCP is set to on.

I have never had dhcp set to on for any receiver.
      Always work fine.

Mine use to work fine without it on too, but decided to set it to on all the same, but the other day i'd beed messing about sending stuff from lappy to box over the lan connection and had to turn dhcp off to connect, i forgot to switch it back on and the box ran ok for rest of day/night.. the following day tho my line would work for anything between 5 - 20mins then suddenly drop.. other openbox work fine, so thought i was kicking kids out there bedroom for footy . .then checking the box over i realised i'd left dhcp off; switched it back on and it has worked fine since..
We do have 2 ps3's 2 comps and 3 lappys, blackberrry's ipod and tablet connecting up all time tho, so i think there was a conflict

CCcam offline = contact your server provider

No it's still in offline mode after reboot. It can take 1 minute to several hour to came back to online.

thats a strange one mate, and it works fine in other box, no dropping off?? Most likely a sever problem as rigsby71 suggest.. i would reccomend trying a test, just to see how that goes.. if that stays alive without fault then you know its deffo your server
