more out of my open box 9

ive bought an open box s9 and want to get more out of it ,ive been offered help over the phone but i have hearing problems,i dont wanna sound stupid ,i was wondering if there is any help i can get with my open box... i know we dont talk about certain things on here ,but i wanna get more out of it than using it as a freeview box
