This Now Seems To Work Also On Openbox S9 / S11 Also If You Restore The Default Setting First Clone.

For Clone Openbox/Skybox S10 CCCAM SOftcam Mediaplayer Mkv AVI VOB ect. support
New GUI menu Red Version with Clone TimeBomb Disabled and some other fix.
This Version Make the Original Openbox Firmware cheaper Welcome In 2012.

Might sound like a stupid question but, is this only for clones or can i use if i have a genuine openbox chip id ? cos i just flashed my s9 with it and all the menu options are "greyed out" so i can't select them.
Any idea's ?

The Avi wont be any different.
The clone bit has been removed, no codecs added etc.

Same info was added for s9 clone.
Cant see any codecs getting added.
He is hacking the sw not coding it as such.

Anybody have any feedback on the media player avi playback? As this would be the only reason i'd change f/w

get a freeware h264 converter and convert the avi.
that is the only way it will play,but it takes forever to convert.
I would rather just play the file on a pc or dvd player.
I used .mp4 as the default and the s10 played it fine.

Have the same issue of freezing etc...so will poste update if this cures my s11
