openbox s11

ordered an openbox s11 hd from ebay,now im very keyed up on dreamboxes have 7025s,this openbox is new to me,im trying to add cccam config file by usb and activate it,can someone point me to this config file as i have looked through forum but cannot find it for openbox s11..thanks in advance.

Put the cccam.cfg file to a USB Stick
Place the USB Stick that contains the cccam.cfg file into the USB connector at the back of box.

Now goto Menu -> Network Local Settings and select CCcam Plug Setting and click the OK button.
Now select Update Files by USB and click the OK button.
Now select CCcam cfg [CCcam Plug] and click the OK button you should then see a check mark or tick appear indicating
you have selected the file if there is no tick shown then you have not selected anything and nothing will be installed.

If there is no tick displayed select CCcam,cfg [CCcam Plug] and click the OK button.
Once the tick is displayed click the Yellow button.
Now select CCcam Plug Setting and click the OK button.

Then press the Menu button go down to Network Local Setting go across to CCcam plug setting go to Manage Config Files
In manage Config files choose CCcam.cfg Click on Add (Blue Button)

thanks,but i have followed these instructions and cannot get it to upgrade,i am getting message cccam.cfg not found,has any kind soul got a working cccam.cfg that they can pm me..thanks

how have you named cccam.cfg? it MUST be CCcam.cfg.. those first two 'c''s must be uppercase

yes as above say..
Open notepad
copy an paste your line
Save the file as CCcam.cfg (make sure it doesn't say .txt on it)
then follow above distructions

would very much like to thank all those who have helped me to try and sort out this openbox s11,but im affraid to say it is still not sorted,i have copied cccam 2.2.1 from my dreambox 7025s,pasted it to notebook,changed its name to CCcam.cfg,added my line,put it on usb stick,i have then put it into box and followed instructions as advised,buy all i get back from openbox is CCcam.cfg not found,am i missing something,do i have to delete everything when reading in notebook except my line..

Have you tried adding it manually

Press
Menu
Network Local Setting
CCcam plug setting
Manage Config Files
In manage Config files, choose CCcam.cfg, Click on Add button.

Protocol leave at CCcam
Host = IP Address
Port = Port Number
User = Username
Password = Password.

So if your cline looked like this

C: 192.168.1.3 12000 name password
Then in Host you would enter = 192.168.1.3
Then in Port you would enter = 12000
Then in User you would enter = name
Then in Password you would enter = password
Once done, press the yellow button.
You will now see the cline saying
C: 192.168.1.3 name 12000 Offline.

Now press the Green button and it will put a tick next to Offline, exit the menu and reboot the box and it will/should work.

All that should be in the file is the line beginning with either C: or N:

big thank you to all you peeps for your advice,got it up and running [now hd footy] thank you all as stated in first post im a wizz on enigma1/enigma2 so i thought get openbox something new to learn..thanks guys your the best..
