skybox S11 Freezing problem on CCcam

Hi to all forum mates,

I bought skybox s11 and I am using my friends personal server to watch Sly Uk (He got sly card as local with ping <25ms all time)

But the problem which i am facing is Sky UK channels are freezing alot.

Can any one tell me why is this happening ?

I have also used latest version of skybox and HDS2_Openbox V2_New_Red_GUI By_AnonymouSX but still facing the problem.
Note: I have noticed that when i am watching first CCcam vanishes from the "info" tab then the automatically turns off, and when CCcam appears in "info" tab the channel comes back.

Is this happening with all S models ? Or just with s11 only

have got the10s, flash it with a diffrent firmware, worth a try, i had same one as you on a week ago ,didnt like it at all so flashed it back to earlier firmware seemed more stable and havnt got any problems

Could you please tell me which version have you burned on your box ?

How to find if there is network issue in the box

i have tried that too but still same problem

seem after sometime the box thinks encrypted channel is fta
and turns off cccam and then turns on the cccam when requested by
channel

Freezing is normally down to using a shit CS service and there is nothing you can do about it except find another one that does what your paying it to do.

The sad thing with the OpenShitBox is that there is no way of finding out times for ECM timeouts. Not even via web browser. Happy to be corrected on this if I'm wrong.

If you are all trying to watch NDS using CS you should be aware that ECM timeouts exceeding 600ms will produce freezing and glitching.

As long as your broadband is on and you are not saturating it by downloading shit loads of movies via torrent you should not have a problem because CS using minimal bandwidth and works just as well over a 56K modem. Just to give you an example.

If your router does not support UPNP for creating firewall rules then you need to go in and open the ports you need as shown in your cccam.cfg file and point them at the ip of your OpenShitBox.

Many payservers promise the world but deliver shyte and are quite often so oversubscribed that freezing, glitching and blackouts are the norm.

Welcome to the shit world of CS. Pay servers are so happy for you to use this type of box because they know you will never be able to go back to them with proof that the problem is theirs and not yours, which in 99% of the time it is.

Hope this has at least one clue in it.

cheers dirty but my mate has a local card running off a debian 6 with cccam server and i have got my dm500s running beside my openbox s11 with both tv's on same channels and no freezing wif the dm500s head is baffled
