    Deciding openbox s11 or dreambox?

I want a decent box so HD, with preferably EPQ but not a huge importance.

I would also like all the asian channel, kids and movies.

Can you guys recommend whether the

Openbox s11 is better or a dreambox

And which is eaiser to update firmware on?

Will spend ?60-?120 on the first box.

    Thanks

dreambox is more costly than an openbox, has better epg and lots of support.openbox a lot cheaper, very easy to set up, epg not as good.picture is good on both with hd, i have tried both and being new to it went for the openbox as it seemed a lot more simple to set up.the channels you get will depend on what you use it for both just have free to air, but can be used to recieve services from elsewere, we arnt allowed to talk about it on here just google cardshare, to get info on the subject clines subs ect.

I would pay a little more for the Dreambox as the openbox is both basic and does not do USALS very well at all and I can't be ~~~~in asked to fart around all day with Diseqc.

Setting up channel lists & favorites is a pain in the arse.
There is no status reporting on you subscriptions either.
This box really blows but will do for a week or two and then it's back on fleebay.

Yes, it is simple to use but I notice most use if for Sly UK and wonder why not pay a ~~~~in sub and use a Digibox instead, which is much better for that provider.

Only reson I got one was that my Dreambox died and I wanted something as a stop gap. I get paid at the end of the month and will be ordering an Azbox Premium + as it not only does STB but also has a superb Mediaplayer that will play everything from your NAS/PC or anywhere you like. It is also superb at dealing with channels with weaker signals like BBC HD which the OBox really struggles to pull in.

Never before in history has so much been paid by so many for so little.

Openbox is ideal if you like to just watch telly and record to a hard drive,

Picks up all the channels no bother and it's a piece of cake saving your favourites, couple of buttons press' and it's done.

Pre sorted favourites are easy to pick up aswell.

UK ones that is, mutli sat ones are a tad rarer.
